2007 , 2009 Bond, Matriarch - California - 2 Bottles (0.75L)

This lot consists of two Bond "Matriarch" bottles from two different vintages, the 2007 and the 2009.
"Matriarch" is a premium wine created by the Harlan Estate team; it is the winery's "second wine." It is a full-bodied red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. It is produced from a selection of the finest barrels from its famous vineyards.

It is a wine with a dense yet smooth texture that offers complex aromas of wild fruits such as blackberry, sour cherry, and blackcurrant, along with subtle notes of licorice and sweet, spiced oak. Great aging potential.

Right now both vintages are ready to be enjoyed, though they still hold a lot of aging potential.

The bottles are in perfect condition, as they have always been kept in wine refrigerators, at a controlled temperature between 16 and 18 °C, humidity at 85%, and protected from light.
