Description from the seller
Before the Red Door
I stand at the threshold of myself, lips parted, pressing red against red, while the mirror holds a version of me draped in teal shadow and quiet longing. My white skirt spills across the pale floor like something unravelling, voluminous and weightless all at once. Behind me, teal-washed walls loom in loose, architectural brushstrokes, their cool geometry pressing close. The red door fractures the space - bold, warm, almost violent against the cold. I am two women: one bathed in light, one swallowed by reflection.

About the Artist
Enigma is an Italian surrealist working across dream, disruption, and wit - never settling into one mood or one way of seeing. Some paintings are quiet and symbolic, others catch a moment coming apart mid-motion, others turn a playful, knowing eye on art history itself. What unites the work isn't a single style but a single instinct: reality treated as something soft enough to bend, fracture, or reimagine - rendered always in smooth, luminous brushwork and bold, contrasting color. Every canvas is one of a kind, never repeated.
