An iconic Tuscan limited edition for the 30th Anniversary. Intact case, perfect for investment.
Up for auction a magnificent and rare original wooden case (OWC - Original Wooden Case) containing 6 bottles of 0.75L of the famous Super Tuscan Brancaia "Il Blu", vintage 2018.
This particular vintage represents a historic milestone for the winery, being the exclusive 30th Anniversary Limited Edition (as burned into the wood of the case), created to celebrate thirty years since the first harvest of this legendary label.
Lot Conditions Perfect and Investment-Grade.
As clearly evident from the photographs, the case is in museum-like condition:
Totally Sealed: The case has never been opened.
Original Straps: The original white straps with the inscription "BRANCAIA" are still perfectly intact and taut.
Protective Film: The original heat-shrink protective film surrounding the entire case is still present, ensuring that the wood and seals have not suffered any deterioration, dust or moisture.
Being the case unopened directly from the winery, the 6 bottles inside are guaranteed in optimal condition of fill level, label and capsule.
The Brancaia "Il Blu" 2018 is the flagship of the Casa Brancaia company, and "Il Blu" is one of the most highly regarded and awarded Super Tuscans internationally. The 2018 vintage stood out for extraordinary elegance, silky tannins and great longevity. It is a masterful blend (historically led by Merlot, joined by Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon), aged in French oak barriques.
