Splendid Oris Automatic Winder with Moon Phase, reference 7434, equipped with moon phases, triple calendar (day/date/month via auxiliary dials) and 24-hour/GMT indication. This model was produced in the 1990s and helped establish Oris as a leader in the field: it became, in fact, a highly sought-after item among collectors. Movement: Swiss automatic-winding movement Caliber Oris 571/72 based on ETA, 17 jewels, 28,800 vph. Gold-plated rotor with the inscription “Oris SA 571/72.” Case: steel, diameter 35 mm, crownless. Bezel: fixed 18k gold. Dial: silver/ivory with guilloché center, outer railway minute track, applied gold triangular indices and gold Dauphine hands. Three symmetrical gold-bordered subsidiary dials with a concentric motif. Crystal in good condition. Functions: hour, minute, central second, day (at 2 o’clock), date with hand (at 9 o’clock), 24-hour indicator (at 6 o’clock), moon phase aperture at 12 o’clock.
