Rinus Manschot is a very experienced artist who has been a professional visual artist for more than 50 years. His work is now known to many people, and several of his artworks hang with satisfied buyers. The strength of this artist is his ability to create art of a high level in all styles and techniques. Years ago, Rinus took lessons and taught at the private academy Daca in Alphen aan den Rijn. In recent years, oil painting has been the technique he uses. The classical still life is central, but landscape and, to a lesser extent, portrait are also subjects he chooses. Besides creating art himself, Rinus also offers drawing and painting lessons on a limited basis in his studio/gallery. He also creates commissioned paintings, where his many years of experience as a teacher and routine come in handy when carrying out a commission. In the near future he will dedicate much time to expanding the gallery collection. View the various paintings by Rinus and you will see that a lot is possible. Rinus always signed as M J Manschot.
