Decorative silver-plated sculpture of a rampant horse, raised on its hind legs with a flowing mane, in good used condition with light signs of age; dimensions 23 x 20 x 7 cm, weight 5 g, made in Italy, 1980–1990.
Description from the seller
Decorative sculpture of a rearing horse with a high visual impact: the horse is raised on its hind legs, its mane flowing, and the forelegs flexed and raised.
Dimensions: 23 x 20 x 7 cm in height.
High-density inner core with an external coating/plating in 925 silver (stamped ARG 925).
Manufacture: Italian (typical artisanal craftsmanship of decorative objects in silver leaf/silver sheet).
Features a warm and distinctive golden-copper patina on the metal surface, the result of natural oxidation of the silver bath over time.
Condition: structurally intact, with no visible cracks or breaks, ideal as a vintage antique display piece for consoles, marble/alabaster columns, or bookshelves.
With vintage patina: keep it this way for a warm and elegant antique look.
It can be restored to its original white-silvered and mirrored splendor using a soft cloth and a silver-specific cleaner.
