Clara Lumiere (XX-XXI) - Frutta alla finestra

Oil still life by the artist Clara Lumiere
On a wooden table near a window, covered with a fringed cloth, a blue-and-white decorated bowl overflows with white and black grapes, peaches, a red apple and figs. Around are seen an opened pomegranate, a slice of watermelon, oranges, a pear, a lemon, plums and a cut fig, with a knife with a wooden handle in the foreground. Bright colors and soft, directional light give the painting a very realistic effect.
A classic, rich and luminous subject that brings warmth to any room.
