According to Arfon’s dictionary of edition artist squares, it is considered rare and fairly sought-after (photo attached).
A little history:
"Winter brings Parisians, about every 25 years, the pleasure of skating on the frozen lakes of the Bois de Boulogne. It is then neither a hockey game nor an acrobatic demonstration, but a slippery, collective stroll." 
Very bright.
Very good vintage overall condition despite several pulled threads, not very visible (latest photos).
