History of the brand:
Fare-Leuba is a Swiss luxury watch brand founded in 1737 by Abraham Favre, making it one of the oldest in the world. The brand was established as Favre-Leuba in 1815 when Favre's descendant, Henry-Augustus Favre, partnered with Auguste Leuba. Known for pioneering new watch features, it launched iconic models like the Bivouac (with an altimeter) and the Bathy (the first mechanical watch to show dive depth). The brand has changed ownership over the years, including periods with LVMH and the Tata Group's Titan Company, before being acquired by Silvercity Brands AG
