daveY - DRAGON BALL x KLIMT – "SHENRON & GOKU IN GOLD" BY DAVEY – UNIQUE PIECE 1/5 (80x60 cm)

Up for auction is a Pop/Contemporary artwork of extraordinary elegance, luminosity and extreme rarity signed by the artist daveY: piece number 1 of only 5 worldwide (1/5) of the Gold Masters Edition series. The artwork unites in a perfect synthesis the epic universe of Dragon Ball with the famous "Stile Dorato" of Gustav Klimt (Vienna Secession / Art Nouveau).

The composition features the young Son Goku depicted from behind in the foreground, with his uniform decorated by elegant gold embroidery and geometric patterns. In front of him rises the majestic head of Shenron the Dragon, whose green tones and red eyes stand out with strong visual impact at the center of a decorative golden universe. The background is a triumph of spirals (inspired by Klimt's Tree of Life), mosaic motifs, colorful tesserae, flowers, deer and stylized herons, framed by a refined ornamental border.

Visual Analysis and Aesthetics:
Artistic Synergy: The artist daveY fuses the dynamism of Japanese manga with the decorative luxury of Art Nouveau. The meticulous details of mosaics and golden floral patterns transform a scene of Pop Culture reverence into a monumental and Byzantine-scented work.
Graphic Effect and Visual Rendition: The image explodes in a warm range of gold, yellow and ochre tones, contrasted with the vivid green of the dragon and the blue details of Goku’s uniform. The ultra-high-definition rendering highlights every single mosaic tile and gold spiral.
Style and Finish: The canvas surface guarantees maximum color rendering, sharpness in details, and luminous contrasts, with a smooth and uniform finish over time.
