A.F.Th. van der Heijden - Miniparoxismen - 2024

Whoever has missed The Literary Calenders (Scheurkalenders) of 2005, 2006 and 2007 and thereby the 26 contributions that A.F.Th. van der Heijden made on drink, drinking, and drunkenness, this lot offers the chance to make up for that omission.

Frans den Breejen of Mikado Pers from The Hague collected, in his unparalleled fashion, the 26 calendar texts in an almost dazzling edition under the name ‘Miniparoxismen’.

Three editions appeared. The offered copy is one from the (uncharitably called) popular edition of 99 Arabic-numbered copies.
The text was set by hand in Monotype Dante and Romulus and printed in several colors on Magnani Pescia editions/paper.
It is bound in half-linen binding with gray Feincanvas; the book cover is clad with Hahnemühle Dunkleblau Ingres.

Van der Heijden signed the book.

In mint condition.
