There are silhouettes we recognize even before seeing the face. The golden horns, the deep blue, the red of the helmet: Goldorak belongs to that memory, that of a hero who became a true marker of a generation.
With Impact Goldorak, SKE does not seek to reproduce the icon. He makes it emerge. The monumental face occupies the space like an apparition, between mechanical power and painting torn from the wall. White bursts, drips, splashes and graphic traces break the perfection of the robot to bring it toward a rougher, more contemporary language.
In the background, the almost phantom technical drawings, the red signs and the vertical Japanese inscription reinforce the dialogue between the manga imagination, television memory and street art aesthetics. The deep black acts as a stage: Goldorak is no longer just a memory of the 70s and 80s; he becomes a presence. It is precisely here that SKE’s universe takes its place: to subvert popular icons without stripping them of their emotional power, then to place them into a collectible form, between pop art, urban culture and nostalgic acceptance.
Impact Goldorak speaks to those who do not just see a cult robot. They see an era, a visual shock, a piece of collective memory. And above all a piece you don’t hang to fill a wall, but because you want it at home.

- FRAMING TIPS

Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.

Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it naturally regains its shape before framing.

ISO formats (A3, A2, A1, …) are very easy to frame with standard frames available at hardware or decorating stores.

Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and economical; they perfectly showcase the works.

- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with a Jack-of-all-trades background who grew up with 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artworks.

He continually explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double reading, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. He won the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then was named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" in October and also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, cementing his place on the contemporary art scene. Meanwhile, SKE is also making his mark in the digital art market, a major trend in the last two years, strengthening the appeal of his creations to collectors.

Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture work characterize a style that is now essential.

SKE is undoubtedly an artist to watch, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.

Acclaimed & Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art

A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits into a prestigious lineage. His line bears the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works create a bridge between eras: revisiting classics, not hesitating to reframe Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront them with a modern urban aesthetics close to Mr. Brainwash or Kaws.

POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates the icons of our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokémon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and the Marvel Super Heroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.

LUXE, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the hype aesthetic: the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It’s a vibrant art, with textures evoking the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.

This piece is ideal for enriching a collection or adding a dynamic touch to your home.
