Goethe/Franz Stassen - Faust - 1920

Very rare and beautiful edition of Goethe's Faust published in German around 1920, featuring the splendid drawings by Franz Stassen... specifically 326!!!! A complete work... first and second parts in two volumes!!! Inside, pages and illustrations in excellent condition. On the outside, the original cover with slight signs of wear at the corners and edges with some stains but in good condition – see photos. On the title page, remnants of an ownership stamp with slight offsetting on the frontispieces – see photos. Rarity.
