ASTRAM - MICHAEL

ASTRAM - MICHAEL -
Iconic characters, do they not deserve, in a parallel universe, to appear on the stained-glass windows of monuments that celebrate heroes?
Michael Jackson, one of the most famous and influential artists of the 20th century, is the subject of multiple tributes; it was natural that he would influence ASTRAM, nostalgic for the "King of Pop" who left too soon...
A few symbols to remind us of the immense choreographer he was. The tombstones of Thriller whose video was a true tidal wave, the Moon Walk steps, the diamond glove, the white socks under trousers that were too short made him a living myth.

All these elements are here frozen in the glass of this plaque, embedded and protected from light, UV, to relive our best memories with a photo of optimal sharpness on an acrylate glass with vivid colors.

ASTRAM’s wink for characters from manga or comics, rock stars, actors from cult films or series that marked the pop years and beyond, is expressed on unique and renewed creations.

ASTRAM, psedonym for the artist Richard Saint-Amans, produces varied works in which he imagines offbeat situations, leaving each viewer free to read them according to their own imagination.
His works, present in several galleries and international fairs, are held by numerous collectors around the world.

Thanks to the lacquered finish, the image can express maximum expressiveness from all angles. A photo on acrylic glass resembles an artistic exhibit and gives each piece a refined aesthetic.
The suspension is hidden by your image and maintains a certain distance from the wall. In this way, your photo on acrylic glass seems to float freely on the wall and gives it an art-gallery style.
