AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Vintage oil on canvas artwork by Einar Christiansson titled 'West Coast Harbour' – hand-signed by the artist.

The painting is presented in a handmade gilded carved wooden frame and is ready to hang, depicting fishing boats moored in a port in Sweden.

The painting is in good condition overall (see pictures).

However, the frame is missing several panel pins to hold the canvas in place, and instead some clear tape has been used as a temporary measure.

This doesn't affect hanging the painting, but any good framer should be able to remedy this in several minutes.

The image measures 74 cm x 48 cm, and the frame measures 95 cm x 70 cm.
