AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Already iconic bottles.
Legendary vintage and bottles in top-condition.
Drinking window till 2055!!

Rare Champagne was established in 2018 as a Champagne house in its own right. It was previously been treated as the flagship cuvée of Piper-Heidsieck.

It is a regular award winner, with the 2008 winning Champion Sparkling Wine at the 2023 International Wine Challenge. Emilien Boutillat, the chief winemaker, has taken over from the esteemed Régis camus to great effect.

The wine is a vintage release only made in the best vintages having been launched with the 1976. This equates to roughly one in four years over the last four decades, with the 2013 edition being the 13th.

The Millésime is a 70:30 combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir; the fruit is sourced mostly from the Montagne de Reims with a portion from the Côte de Blancs. It is made entirely in stainless steel tanks to emphasize fruit character.

The Rare Rosé Millèsime was introduced with the 2007 vintage. The 2014 release was its fourth.

Shipping: (Only to EU-Countries)
The bottles will be sealed with plastic film to ensure that the label will not get damaged, then it will be wrapped in bubble-wrap and shipped in a suitable cardboard box.
