Description from the seller
Superb and important geometric abstract painting titled "NOBELIA", created in 1996 by German painter Patrick Wendling (1957-2016).
This masterful large-format work (120 x 80 cm) offers a remarkably dynamic composition. The artist orchestrates a game of tensions and perfect balances between strict angular shapes, colored diagonal lines, and circular forms suspended in the air.
The chromatic palette is both vivid and contrasted, blending deep reds and blues with soft touches of pastel pink and mauve.
