Yana Medow - Five Minutes Ago XXL

Five Minutes Ago is an original oil painting by contemporary artist Yana Medow, featuring an eccentric white poodle standing upright like a human, nervously checking the time on its wristwatch.

Set against a vivid red background, the character combines exaggerated proportions, oversized floppy ears and a wonderfully expressive face. Its anxious gaze and impatient posture capture a familiar modern feeling: the conviction that everyone else is running late.

BIO

Yana Medow is a contemporary artist from St. Petersburg, currently based in Alicante.
She graduated from the Stieglitz Art Academy in Saint Petersburg, specializing in Painting Restoration.
Her professional background includes work as a restorer, graphic designer, and illustrator.
Since 2020, she has established herself as a full-time artist, focusing on her independent creative practice.
