Description from the seller

Kaleidoscope 002

Description of the work:
Born from the pulse between geometry and movement, Kaleidoscope is a piece of contemporary optical art conceived as a visual portal. Its lines of mathematical precision converse in a high-contrast language, where luminous yellows, deep blues, and electric greens converge in a magnetic vortex that catches the eye and completely redefines the perception of the surface.

The work transcends the two-dimensional canvas to unfold an architecture of illusion and infinite depth. Its play of geometric light and shadow creates the sensation of a living structure in constant expansion, offering an immersive experience that changes with the ambient light and the angle from which it is viewed.

Designed to star in modern environments and spaces of strong character, this piece brings a vibrant and sophisticated energy. It is an invitation to everyday wonder: a perfect balance between the firmness of technical line and the poetry of color in motion.

About the artist
I am a visual artist with over 25 years of artistic experience in which I have explored diverse techniques and supports, including drawing, photography, animation, and video installation. For me, painting is more than a means of expression: it is its own language, a path to convey emotions, concepts, and perspectives through color and form. Each of my works is unique and unrepeatable, born from an intuitive and authentic artistic process.

In my most recent work I am exploring a vibrant and very personal painting, where I combine imagined landscapes, still lifes, and everyday scenes with a geometric and color-filled language. I am interested in playing with light, shapes, and perspectives to create images that move between the real and the symbolic. These works arise from the desire to build spaces that invite calm looking, the discovery of details, and being carried by the energy of color.

My work has participated in international exhibitions, biennials, and fairs such as the Havana Biennial, the Curitiba Biennial, the Mercosur Biennial, the Asunción Biennial, the Berlin Art Biennial, and fairs like ARCO, among others. It is also part of public and private collections such as the Paraná Institute of Art, the Havana Cultura Collection, and the Benetton Collection.
