Laphroaig – Set of 2 Islay Single Malt Scotch Whiskies (Select & Quarter Cask)
Two original Laphroaig bottles from the core range of the famous Islay distillery (D. Johnston & Co., established 1815), each in its original tube packaging.
1. Laphroaig Select
Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Crafted from hand-selected casks (including Quarter Cask, PX and Oloroso Sherry) for a perfect balance of peat smoke and fruitiness. Bottled at 40% vol., 700 ml. Non-age-statement (NAS), non-chill-filtered. Characteristically smoky and medicinal with notes of citrus, vanilla and light sweetness.
2. Laphroaig Quarter Cask
Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. Double matured – first in bourbon barrels, then finished in small quarter casks (approx. 125 litres) for intensified oak influence and the perfect marriage of peat and oak. Bottled at 48% vol., 700 ml. Non-age-statement (NAS), non-chill-filtered. Bold, smoky, with notes of toffee, spice and classic Laphroaig peat.
Both bottles come from the distillery on the Isle of Islay (west coast of Scotland) and feature the classic Laphroaig design with the “By Appointment” crest. The tubes are original and undamaged (see photos).
