Acrylic on canvas · Original and unique work
In this work I explore the connection between two figures whose bodies intertwine in a shared movement. The closeness of their faces, open hands and raised arms build a gesture suspended between embrace and dance.
The intense orange dialogues with petrol blue and bluish tones, while the pink and violet shapes accompany the figures' journey. The cream background brings calm and makes the color planes stand out. I work with fine outlines and broad curves that connect the different parts of the composition, guiding the gaze from one body to the other.
The painting belongs to my series Human Modules, in which I use the human figure as a starting point to investigate balance, movement, and emotional bonds. In this piece, the forms complement and support each other visually, expressing a sense of closeness and trust.
