Olfactory examination: Fresh and seductive. Expresses distinctive aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and bright cherry, combined with sweet notes of spices (cinnamon) and a slight hint of baking/bread yeast.
Taste examination: On the palate it has medium body, a soft and almost creamy texture, well balanced by a vivid freshness that gives a clean, mineral and refreshing finish.
