Description from the seller
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut in a gift box is the classic cuvée from a house founded in 1811. Based in Épernay, Maison Perrier-Jouët is renowned for its style, which is based on floral and fruity notes. Grand Brut is a champagne that is equally suited to aperitifs and refined meals.
Taittinger Brut Prestige combines freshness and elegance, with fruity and floral notes that make it an ideal champagne for aperitifs or celebratory occasions.
The making of Taittinger Brut Prestige Champagne
Brut Prestige is a tribute to the excellence of the Champagne terroir. This blend combines 60% Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, which bring intensity and roundness, and 40% Chardonnay, a rare percentage for a non-vintage brut, which lends finesse and lightness. Sourced from more than 50 different crus, the grapes are carefully selected to guarantee remarkable consistency year after year. Aged for a minimum of three years in the Taittinger cellars, this champagne offers a unique aromatic maturity.
Lallier R021: A brilliant pale gold color, enlivened by fine, persistent bubbles.
An elegant nose blending white flowers (hawthorn, acacia), fresh citrus (lime, mandarin), and indulgent hints of brioche and hazelnut. On the palate, the attack is lively and precise; the structure combines freshness, depth, and chalky minerality; the finish is long, elegant, and saline.
