LeYack presents a 40 x 40 cm giclée on canvas, Midnight Fitting - Hand signed, an edition limited to 20, signed by the artist, produced in France in 2026, in excellent condition and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, sold direct from the artist and ready to be framed.
Description from the seller
Midnight, in front of a fashion house storefront. Inside, a young woman poses on a plinth in an ivory evening gown, while a seamstress on her knees adjusts the hem, pinning pin by pin. Outside, a man in a tuxedo, leaning against a black sedan, smokes keeping his eyes on the scene.
We think of Pygmalion and My Fair Lady, of the endless fittings of the great couturiers of the fifties, and of the storefront as the theatre of the city. Who is he waiting for? The woman in white, no doubt. But for the moment, she still belongs to the workshop, between the red and blue mannequins.
The glass separates two worlds: the warm gold of couture and the cool blue of the street.

Each work tells a frozen moment, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the suggested story.
