AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Title: The Mountain
ㅤ
School: European Abstract School (20th century)
ㅤ
Style: lyrical abstraction / European abstract expressionism
ㅤ
Technique: Oil on canvas
ㅤ
State: Overall good condition, with surface irregularities typical of the technique and material work.
ㅤ
Circle and artistic influence:
The work is linked to the currents of lyrical abstraction and European abstract expressionism developed during the second half of the 20th century. The combination of color masses, gestural brushwork, visible areas of canvas, and dark lines yields a subjective interpretation of the landscape, where the mountain serves as a starting point for a progressive dissolution of forms.
ㅤ
Abstract composition with landscape-inspired structure centered on a large mountain mass in violet and gray tones. In the center, broad areas of orange, yellow, and red appear, contrasting with greens and deep earth tones. Vertical lines and free strokes suggest vegetation and terrain features without describing them literally, giving the work an intense gestural dimension.
ㅤ
Simple light wood frame, with straight lines and minimalist design, suited to the contemporary character of the painting.
ㅤ
Observations:
The work may incur damage during transport even with proper packaging. In such a case, we will require photographs of the defects to proceed with compensation. Customer satisfaction is always our priority.
ㅤ
Exceptionally, shipping costs may be affected by a surcharge due to causes such as being outside a continental territory, exceeding measurements, or the weight of the item. PremiArt will not cover this surcharge under any circumstances.
ㅤ
The courier that must pass through the Swiss border can be delayed much more than usual, so, if possible, to speed up the processing, we will provide the Customs number that is holding the shipment so that the customer can release it and thus reach its destination. Experience has shown us that this is the most effective solution for both parties.
ㅤ
Due to the high volume of shipments, the order may be delayed by more than three days, for which we apologize and thank you for your patience. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us via internal messaging.
