Description:

The Work: A sparkling port seascape bathed in light, celebrating the Riviera’s elegant charm and the easy-going lifestyle. Along the quay, a picturesque line of Mediterranean façades in ochre, pastel, and Siena earth tones rises proudly beneath a sky of pure azure. At the water’s edge, terraces and moored vessels, the turquoise, clear water vibrates with a play of shimmering, colorful reflections. A luminous, vibrant canvas, deeply warm.

The Technique: Entirely executed in acrylic with a painting knife on a canvas stretched over a wooden panel. The knife’s precision and the generous relief create a beautiful capture of light on the old walls, the bell tower, and the lap of the water.

The Artist: With more than 25 years of professional experience (active since 2001, first exhibition in 1992), NOLAC (born 1970) is an accomplished artist. Her knife work is her signature, blending the force of gesture with poetic finesse. She now embraces a freer, instinctive interpretation of the landscape, brushing against luminous and expressive abstraction.

Acquisitions / Deliverables: Unique work, directly from her studio, signed, varnished for protection. Delivered with its Certificate of Authenticity.
