Christ on a gilded cross under convex glass – Antique oval frame richly adorned

Description

Beautiful religious devotion object depicting Christ on the cross, with a sculpted figure finished in gold, presented under convex glass in an elegant oval frame.

Christ, depicted with outstretched arms and the loincloth draped around the hips, is fixed to a dark cross bearing the titulus INRI. The brown background enhances the gilding of the figure and creates a harmonious contrast.

The whole is presented in an oval frame decorated with scrolls and relief ornaments, pairing patinated gold and silver tones. The convex glass protects the composition and gives it a beautiful visual depth.
