Description from the seller
Leonhard Euler (Eulero) – Introduction to Infinitesimal Analysis – 2 volumes – ACL-éditions, Paris, 1987–1988
Interesting exact reprint in two volumes of the celebrated mathematical work by Leonhard Euler (1707–1783), Introduction to the Analys is Infinitesimale, in the French translation from Latin by Jean-Baptiste Labey, with notes and clarifications by the translator.
The edition reproduces the Paris Barrois aîné edition of 1796–1797, which in turn derives from the original Latin Introductio in analysin infinitorum of 1748, one of the fundamental works in the history of mathematical analysis.
