Materials used:
Cotton artfix canvas 440 g made in France.
Extra-fine, flexible acrylic paints.
About the artist:
Originally from Southern Finistère, Frédéric CADIOU draws inspiration from Breton landscapes, deeply rooted in light and horizon.
His works capture suspended moments where nature engages in dialogue with human perception.
Projected shadows, elongated lines, pared-down compositions: each painting reveals a subtle tension between depth and minimalism.
Through a mastered palette and pronounced contrasts, the artist creates calm, almost meditative atmospheres.
The gaze is guided toward the horizon, between silence, space, and contemplation.
A painting where light structures the landscape and where shadow becomes language.
Akoun Appraisal (July 2026): €1,350 for a 15P format (65 × 50 cm).
