Description from the seller

Up for auction is a beautifully preserved and highly collectible vintage bottle of Johnnie Walker Swing Blended Scotch Whisky.
Originally created in 1932 by Sir Alexander Walker, this premium blend is legendary for its unique, convex-bottomed decanter bottle designed specifically to withstand the pitching and rolling of transatlantic luxury cruise liners without tipping over.
This outstanding bottle dates back to the late 1970s or early 1980s. It features the vintage golden-moulded relief emblem on the glass front ("1820" crest), the iconic embossed gold-foil neck wrapping, and text indicating it was distilled by John Walker & Sons Ltd. Kilmarnock, Scotland. It is a fantastic example of a mid-century luxury blend, prized by collectors for its higher-quality old malt composition compared to modern iterations.
Key Features:
• Brand / Distillery: Johnnie Walker (John Walker & Sons Ltd.)
• Expression: Swing
• Category: Vintage Blended Scotch Whisky
• Estimated Bottling Era: Late 1970s / Early 1980s
• Volume: 75 cl (750ml)

• Bottle & Glass: In pristine condition. The heavy, sculptured glass is perfectly clean, clear, and completely free of chips or scratches.
• Labels / Gold Finish: The circular main gold-textured label is beautifully preserved, completely intact, and perfectly legible.
• Fill Level: Excellent, exceptionally high fill level into the mid-neck (as shown in photos).
• Capsule / Seal: Completely original, tight, and undamaged embossed gold spring-cap closure.
