"Galeri Rembrandt" and the name "Quidousse", which refers to the Belgian painter Gaston Quidousse (1938–1998) and a gallery or framer connected with his work. The plaque is made of engraved brass and mounted on a wooden background (presumably the frame of a painting). Gaston Quidousse was a Belgian artist known for landscapes and maritime scenes (such as sailing ships). "Galeri Rembrandt" likely refers to a former art gallery or art dealer that framed or sold the work.
