Contemporary street art sculpture in resin, hand-painted and unique.
AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Contemporary Street Art Sculpture
An intriguing and expressive monkey sculpture, fully hand-painted in a bold pop art style.
The iconic gesture – hand to the mouth – subtly references the centuries-old "see no evil / speak no evil" symbolism, but here it takes on a contemporary, almost theatrical interpretation. The combination of the female face on the torso and the intense red color creates a tension between gentleness and strength, silence and expression.
This work is not loud – it is present.
The layered painting, the contrast between graphic typography and refined brushstrokes, and the high-quality finish make this a piece that is both decorative and conceptually strong.
