Who is Pope?

Pope, co-founder of the AMA collective, develops a distinctive artistic universe driven by a practice of the visual arts since childhood, a strong attention to detail and meticulous visual research.
Through sculptures, paintings, and installations, he draws inspiration from photography, urban landscapes and everyday scenes, with a sensitive and awed gaze, mindful of both the simplicity and the complexity of the world around him.

Pope mainly draws inspiration from the world around him but also from trends in renowned artists such as Banksy, Keith Haring, Koons, Orlinski, Takashi, Fred Allart, Shepard Fairey, Warhol, Yayoi Kusama, Richard Hamilton, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Alec Monopoly, KAWS, Pantone, Mr. Brainwash, Blek le Rat, to name just a few.
