The polished baton hands feature luminous inserts and a sweep second hand, showing no visible oxidation or corrosion.
Case and Crystal
The 36mm stainless steel case combines brushed lug surfaces with polished flanks, showing honest wear. Moderate scratches and handling wear are present, consistent with age, but the case remains free of major dents or deep gouges. A fluted bezel frames the dial, exhibiting light wear and minor scratches on its polished facets. The knurled crown is recessed neatly at the 4 o'clock position. Both the flat Hardlex crystal over the dial and the exhibition caseback crystal are clear, with no major scratches or chips visible.
Movement
Visible through the exhibition caseback, the watch is powered by the automatic Caliber 7S26A, featuring 21 jewels. The movement displays clean plates and a clean rotor, with clear engravings including SEIKO TIME CORP. and 7S26A, showing no visible corrosion or moisture damage. The timegrapher records a rate of 30+32s/day. Performing well within expected mechanical tolerances; running strong and steady.
Strap
The watch is fitted with its original signed bracelet, featuring a jubilee-style multi-link construction and a signed Seiko folding clasp. The endlinks are stamped G1341-E. It shows age-related wear, including moderate surface scratches and some stretch expected for this bracelet style. The bracelet accommodates a maximum wrist size of 19cm.
Condition
Good used condition. The case and bracelet display honest wear, including moderate scratches and expected bracelet stretch, while the dial, hands, and crystals remain remarkably well preserved. Supported by the timegrapher data, the mechanical movement is running strong and steady.
