B.C Schneiders (1803-1873) - Hollands landschap

Truly a gem from the 19th century
Oil on panel, 12x16
Signed with initials on the left side on a stone.
The work has been recently cleaned and newly framed.
The signature has thus become somewhat less legible.
In the photo you can see the before-and-after photo.
This very talented painter was a great admirer of the great masters B.C. Koekkoek and Klombeck,
where the hand of Klombeck is especially recognizable in this work.
