Description:
The work: A seascape with great freshness and filled with light, celebrating the wild beauty of the Mediterranean shores. In the foreground, rocks sculpted in violet, ochre and gold frame crystal-clear water of a brilliant azure and turquoise. On the left, a parasol pine casts its benevolent shade, while on the right, a graceful white sailboat glides peacefully on a calm sea, its reflection gleaming on the water. A deeply soothing, poetic and sunny work, inviting maritime escape.
Technique: Entirely executed in acrylic with a painting knife on a canvas mounted on a wooden panel. The vigor of the gesture and the generous relief sculpt the texture of the rocks, the pine foliage, and the lapping of the water, capturing with force the dynamic light of summer.
The Artist: With more than 25 years of professional career (established since 2001, first exhibition in 1992), NOLAC (1970) is an accomplished artist. Her knife-work is her signature, marrying the power of gesture with poetic finesse. Today she opens herself to a freer, more instinctive landscape interpretation, brushing against luminous and expressive abstraction.
Services: Unique work, direct from her studio, signed, protected by varnish. Delivered with its Certificate of Authenticity.
