Very fine large-format handmade antique box fully inlaid with various kinds of wood. 
8-sided, somewhat in the Art Deco style. This box probably comes from Belgium. The actual color corresponds to, for example, the first photo. 
Even the inside of the lid has an inlaid pattern.
The box has a lock. The key is not present. 
Overall in beautiful condition with only light normal signs of use for its age. 
Top front left edge has a small chip. This is not visible, however, because the lid covers it. See the photos. Nowhere is any piece missing. Inside there are some faint grain lines in the wood. Inside near the lock some wear. 
This box is of wonderful heavy quality. Real craftsmanship.

Zeer fraaie groot formaat handgemaakte antieke doos volledig ingelegd met verschillende soorten hout. 
8-Hoekig, een beetje in de Art Deco stijl. Deze doos komt vermoedelijk uit België. De werkelijke kleur komt overeen met de bijvoorbeeld de 1e foto. 
Zelfs de binnenkant van het deksel heeft een ingelegd patroon.
De doos heeft een slot. De sleutel is niet aanwezig. 
Geheel verkeert in een mooie staat met slechts lichte normale gebruikerssporen conform leeftijd. 
Bovenrand linkervoorkant een klein chipje. Dit is echter niet zichtbaar omdat het deksel er overheen valt. Zie hiervoor de foto's. Nergens mist een stukje. Binnenkant bij wat haarlijnen in het hout. Bij het slot binnenkant wat sleetsheid. 
Deze doos is van een prachtige zware kwaliteit. Echt vakmanschap.
