AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Claudio Rolfi born in Genoa in 1960. From his early works one can note the great fascination that Italian art of the 20th century has been able to exert on him, with great masters such as Casorati, Morandi, Carrà and de Chirico. In his forty years of artistic career there are more than seventy solo exhibitions and innumerable artistic events, among which TV programs entirely dedicated to him. Of Maestro Rolfi's artistic work, the most important newspapers and television and radio stations have spoken. Among the most significant events are the great exhibition Centoeventigiorni held at Santa Maria degli Angeli, Rome, in 2002, inaugurated in the presence of Mrs. Franca Ciampi and Walter Veltroni; the exhibition at the Dopmiziano Museum in Rome; the solo show at Mondadori in Milan; the exhibition at the Palazzo della Cultura in Reggio Calabria; and BAM Baveno Arte Maggiore presented by Vittorio Sgarbi.
The Maestro's paintings have been used for about 6 years as set designs for Rai 3's GEO program.

His works are present in many Italian collections, in the United States, Japan, Canada and throughout the rest of Europe.

Oil painting and mixed media on a canvased panel.

The work is a seascape, one of the Landscapes of Memory. The work is supplied with an Authenticity Certificate signed and stamped and shipped with FedEx courier.
