Chinese creamy-white nephrite jade pendant with 18k gold bail –China- 21th Century
On offer is a gorgeous good size Chinese high quality cut- and polished white nephrite jade pendant, set with an 18k marked “openwork” gold bail with moss-green jade small bead. The homogenous nephrite jade stone has been polished to a beautiful shiny greasy look. The color of the stone is creamy-white. The 18k gold bail has been made with the smallest visible details and is finished with a fine small moss-green nephrite jade (tested) bead. The bail is marked for 18k (750/1000) gold (guaranteed gold)! Please see pictures. Rare and one of the best we could find!
Thermal conductivity and hardness indicates nephrite jade. Also tested on translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. The gold bail is made of 18k guaranteed fine gold and marked accordingly.
