Chinese cabochon cut moss-green nephrite jade pendant –China- 21th Century
On offer is a drop shaped cabochon-cut moss-green nephrite jade pendant. This remarkable green cabochon shape nephrite jade stone has an even moss-green translucent color and has been set in a marked rosé gold-plated sterling silver mounting (925/1000). Above the mounting a very fine small setting with 9 small zirconia’s. Keeping it into the translucent light shows wonderful cloudy structures. Please see pictures. Rare find, top!
Thermal conductivity and hardness indicates nephrite jade. Also tested on translucency. Also checked with UV light; which indicates a natural color. Provenance: This jade comes from inland China. a Valuable and rare jade, very suitable as an addition to your high-end collection or to present as a gift! Please see test results and pictures.
