Artistic collaboration between David Law and L.A French
David Law, musician, author and photographer, has been developing for over 20 years series around his favorite themes: mannequin placement in shop windows, Japanese angels and Korean dolls in the cities he traverses. He turns to graphic creation to design crypto-rocks, a gallery of portraits of icons made from photos of the artists represented. Multidisciplinary artist photographer, author and musician, David Law develops a body of work centered on gaze, presence and the perception of the image in urban space. He first made a name for himself with a series dedicated to shop-window models, integrated into the city through a subtle play of reflections and superimpositions.
