Beautiful manual-wind mechanical watch BRETLING, 17 Jewels, from the 1965-1969 era, perfectly functioning.

MECHANISM:
manual-wind mechanical with Bretling 17 Jewels stamp, Swiss made with a frequency of 18,000 Hz, perfectly functioning. Keeps good time. Power reserve 36/40 hours. I remind that precision depends on the location where the watch is worn. Here in Italy it maintains perfect time.

CASE:
In steel well preserved, probably replaced over time, dimensions 39 mm including crown (original crown unknown), 37 mm excluding crown, lug width 18 mm. Steel snap-on case back. Crystal with no noticeable scratches, missing the circular steel ring that covers. Whoever wants can have it replaced with a glass that can embrace and hide the edges of the dial and the stem.

DIAL:
Splendid light ivory color in perfect condition with a patina of time. Hours marked with Arabic numerals at 12-3-9, and applied batons for the rest of the hours, sword hands in steel plated gold, small seconds on its own subdial at 6 o’clock.
Graphic with logo printed in black at 12 o’clock BRETLING GENEVE, below the seconds subdial the words Swiss Made. Plexiglass crystal clean and without scratches or obvious abrasions. Crown in steel.

STRAP:
Leather of poor quality in brown color, suitable for a wrist from 16 to 19 cm.

MISC:
The watch will be wrapped in soft foam to protect it from shocks during transport. Ready to be worn daily.
