AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
White and blue Chinese vase with landscape decoration – Height 46 cm
Elegant Chinese vase with a slender, tall silhouette, characterized by a rich decoration in blue tones on a white background. The substantial dimensions and harmony of proportions make it a decorative piece with a strong presence, ideal for enhancing a sideboard, a console, or an entrance.
The faceted body tapers toward the base and connects, through angled shoulders, to a long neck slightly flared, finished with a wide mouth. This combination of geometric surfaces and soft lines gives the vase a particularly refined profile.
The body decoration is divided into panels depicting landscapes with mountains, trees, watercourses, and buildings with oriental roofs, outlined in varying intensities of blue. The shades create depth and guide the eye through the scenes.
The neck is adorned with large lance-shaped botanical motifs, while a meander band underscores its base. Floral garlands on the shoulders and along the lip alternate with blue bands with small white flowers, completing a rich and balanced composition.
The glossy surface enhances the color contrast and ornamental details. A vase capable of dialoguing with classical furnishings, eclectic environments, and contemporary interiors.
* Height: 46 cm.
* Indicated base size: 22 × 22 cm.
