Special vintage golf collection – Slazenger leather golf bag – Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus, MacGregor, Henry Cotton, Top-Flite – circa 1940/60
Offered as a single collection: a special vintage golf set with an original green Slazenger leather golf bag and a varied selection of classic golf clubs from well-known historic brands and players.
The collection includes clubs from Slazenger, Ben Hogan, MacGregor, Top-Flite, Henry Cotton/Nicoll, Jean Donald and Jack Nicklaus.
A beautiful assortment for the enthusiast of classic golf, collectors of golf memorabilia, vintage sports equipment, or as a decorative ensemble for a golf club, office, man cave, or interior.
The collection includes, among others:
- multiple Spalding Top-Flite Professional Synchro-Dyned blade irons
- multiple Ben Hogan Precision irons
- Jack Nicklaus World Series iron
- Henry Cotton / Nicoll – Hand Forged in Scotland iron
- MacGregor Tourney 3852MS
- Slazenger Plus – Jean Donald Pitching Wedge

Also notable are the original details. Some clubs still have their traditional leather grips, appropriate to the period in which these clubs were made.
The clubs are intentionally kept in authentic, used condition. On the clubheads there are signs of wear, patina and local oxidation visible. The wooden clubs also show their age and history of use. See the photos clearly.
The clubs have not been aggressively polished or restored. Insignias, logos, ferrules and other historical details are still visible.
The leather dark-green Slazenger bag is also an attractive part of the collection. The bag features a classic construction, metal fittings, shoulder strap, original Slazenger badge and an old handicap/score hanger. Age and wear are part of the authentic state.
The full collection is offered as one lot and is preferably not split up.
