Description of the work:
Elegant oil painting on canvas depicting a suggestive river landscape, characterized by lush riparian vegetation, leafy trees, and water reflections rendered with a textural, vibrant brushstroke of great expressiveness. The composition is signed in the lower right by the artist. The work is in good condition and accompanied by a fine contemporaneous wooden frame with fabric passe-partout. The back shows the original stretcher with the corresponding wedges and customs stamps.

The frame visible in the photo is included in the lot as a purely gift from me and is not part of the sale, does not determine its value, and, given its fragility, is not insured. Consequently, any defects already present on the frame are not reported and any damage sustained by it during transport will not be taken into account for claims or returns. The wall mounting system could also be removed. Glass often breaks during transport and can spoil the work. On request they can be removed at no additional cost. Please let me know if you prefer the work to be shipped without it; otherwise I cannot assume responsibility.

Notes on shipping and customs
The item is shipped from Geneva, Switzerland. For this reason, delivery times to European Union countries may be slightly longer than usual due to standard customs clearance procedures.

In case of return of the package for an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or unpaid duties, the buyer will have to pay for a second shipment and cover return costs.

I also remind you that, since Switzerland is outside the EU customs area, import taxes, local VAT, and customs duties are borne entirely by the buyer and will be collected by authorities in your country upon delivery. I advise you to inform yourself in advance to avoid surprises. Alternatively to shipping, if you have the possibility, personal pickup in Geneva is always the option I prefer and strongly recommend, as it will eliminate shipping costs and ensure maximum safety for the work. If shipping is chosen, I will do my best to pack it so as to protect the painting during transit.
