Description from the seller

A beautifully poised and expressive white Burgundy, combining Chassagne-Montrachet richness with a distinctly refined, mineral character. The nose opens with ripe white peach, pear and citrus, followed by acacia blossom, hazelnut and subtle vanilla. There is an attractive flinty, chalky note underneath, giving the wine considerable depth.

On the palate it is full-bodied yet remarkably fresh, with a silky, almost creamy texture. Ripe stone fruit and lemon curd are balanced by bright acidity and a pronounced mineral streak. Fine oak is present but sits very much in the background. With air, notes of almond, brioche and wet stone emerge.

The finish is long, saline and beautifully precise, leaving a lingering impression of citrus, chalk and ripe fruit.

Style: Rich, elegant and mineral
Drinking window: Already very attractive, but should develop beautifully over the next 5–8 years.
Serving: Around 11–12°C, ideally in a Burgundy glass. Give it 30–60 minutes of air.
