A particularly decorative sculpture in pronounced Art Nouveau / Jugendstil style, executed with two gracefully designed female busts that together form one flowing composition.
The two female figures are surrounded by richly detailed flowers, roses and flowing strands of hair. The organic lines and romantic design are characteristic of the Art Nouveau style. From every viewpoint different details in the flowers, faces and sculptural forms come to the fore.
The warm gold-colored finish with darker nuances gives the piece a characterful, almost antique look. Especially through the play of light and shadow there is a lot of depth in the faces, hair and large floral motifs.
An imposing decorative object that fits perfectly in a classic, eclectic or luxurious interior. Very suitable as a focal point on a console, sideboard, pedestal or in a gallery-like setting.
