Rated Excellent on Trustpilot.
A vintage Finnish sterling silver ring by Alpo Tammen Koru in a bold brutalist design, weighing 14.317 g with EU size 56 (US 7½) and top dimensions around 3 × 2 cm, no laboratory report, and in used condition with visible scratches.
Description from the seller
A substantial vintage ring from Finnish Tammen Koru, with a pronounced brutalist shape. The large, elevated top combines smoothly polished silver with rougher, textured parts. Because of that contrast, the ring looks different from every angle.
The ring has been worn and that is visible: there are scratches and dings, especially on the smooth, protruding parts of the top. The shape of the ring band is not worn down. View the photos carefully to assess the condition yourself.
Maker: Tammen Koru, Finland
Material: sterling silver, 925
Hallmarks: AKT, 925 and a Dutch hallmark for 925 silver
Dating: presumably the 1970s; no date stamp listed
Ring size: EU 56, about 18 mm inner diameter
Top dimensions: about 3 × 2 cm
Top height: about 1 cm
Width of the band at the bottom: 4.5 mm
Condition: used vintage with visible scratches
Because of the substantial top, the ring may feel tighter than a narrower ring of the same size. Please account for this when choosing your ring size.
- The photos are an integral part of the description. Please view them carefully to get a good sense of the condition and any signs of wear.
- The jewelry is carefully packaged and shipped with Track & Trace.
- Any import duties, VAT and other customs or additional costs are not included in the sale price and are entirely the buyer's responsibility.
