Title: Amber in the Forest
Dimensions: 40x30 cm
Year: 2023
Silvano De Caris (1991) is an Italian painter specializing in oil painting. His work focuses on the animal world, particularly large cats and birds, depicted with a realistic, intense, and deeply cinematic style. Through dark backgrounds, controlled lighting, and meticulous rendering of details, De Caris transforms each subject into a silent and powerful presence. His works tell of the strength, elegance, and mystery of the wild, suspended between realism, chiaroscuro, and emotional tension.
Note: The artwork will be shipped in a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, the artworks are more beautiful than in photography: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
