The pages are uniformly somewhat foxed and lightly browned, with isolated stains.
Overall, however, in good condition.
The first map has a very small supplement on the back of one corner.

Bound in a contemporary half-leather binding. This is somewhat rubbed, the spine at the top is slightly brittle and has small missing areas at the top and bottom. The edges are bumped, the joints at the top cracked.
